I am looking for a freelancer who can help me complete a botpress chatbot build. I will send you a botpress file with the conversation flow of the chatbot already built. I simply need assistance in completing the tasks below.
The following assistance is needed:
- Need to ensure the chatbot can speak in English and Spanish
- It is currently setup to provide prompts for users to select to learn more info through a Single Choice card. I want some of the single choices to go to the knowledge base for a response and others to go through their own separate conversation flow. How do I properly divide these so they function correctly and how can I send a Single Choice to the KB as a question?
- I want to know how to disable the message input box at the bottom of the bot when I want the user to select from a Single Choice card. If the message box isn't disabled and the user enters data in the message box instead of choosing one of the single choices, the bot doesn't function correctly.
- Need to be able to create a date/time variable that can be passed along with the "question" variable (used to capture the users question sent to the KB) and the turn.knowledgeagent.responded value through a Zap to a Google sheet. In other words, I want to capture on a Google Sheet each question asked, whether it was successfully answered and the date/time of each query. It is my understanding date/time is captured in event.createdOn, but I need to be shown how to use this.
- I need your expertise on how to simplify the conversation flow design in line with current botpress best practices as well as any advice on how to better achieve the bots objectives through more effective and efficient design.
- Other similar issues may materialize as I continue to work on the bot between the time this ad posts and is awarded.
Deliverables include:
- A complete and fully functional botpress chatbot file based on the file given.
- A screenshot video explaining in clear English what changes were made to the file, an explanation of the reasoning or best practice which motivated the change, and a demonstration of how each change was made. This is for training purposes so I can better learn botpress.
Must have extensive experience building chatbots in botpress. Must understand workflows in botpress. Experience with related software and programming skills such as Stack AI, Zappier, CSS, Javascript, and Python are beneficial. Please describe your botpress experience and provide links to your botpress bot builds if available.
