Bilingual AI Chatbot

We are looking to develop a bilingual (Arabic/English) AI chatbot to act as a text-based virtual assistant for sales and marketing purposes. The assistant will operate on WhatsApp Business and a web chat widget, and should be able to:

Understand and respond to user inquiries in Arabic and English
Guide users through FAQs such as product types, pricing, payment plans, etc.
Capture lead information (name, phone number, interest)
Log interactions and lead data into a Google Sheet or simple database
Respond in a formal, professional, human-like tone — no robotic or casual phrasing
Support future expansion into voice-based interactions and CRM integration
Tools & Requirements
Chatbot NLP Engine: GPT-4 (via OpenAI or Azure OpenAI), or equivalent LLM
Channels: WhatsApp Business API (via Twilio, 360Dialog, etc.) and embeddable web widget
Data Handling: Google Sheets as intermediary output, with potential to connect to other CRMs
Hosting: Cloud-based with basic monitoring (if required)
