ML AI and Big Data real estate enterprise system

seeking a front end and back end team to create a proprietary enterprise system that connects with third data providers and underwrites and evaluates real estate properties based on multiple financial models run at the same time to determine highest and best use for future development for that piece of unimproved or improved land parcel. Modeling to be run automatically, with resulting land value will be identified as well as an exit value based on projected expenses meeting a ROI for our investors. Fees will be integrated in the expenses and disposition fees. 3rd party Data inputs (both CSV files and API integration) to seamlessly capture data inputs into the financial modeling. Upon meeting a financial threshold, a report is auto-generated and a building example is also created via Generative AI, to be placed in the report as well as identifying the seller and their contact information, municipality contacts (E.g. City Planning and Zoning director, top entitlement consultants in the area and General Contractors and other specific companies). Report is then emailed with a separate Letter of Intent (LOI) with all the property data points to CEO. The system will also analyze cash flow management and determine based on pre-set expense modeling, potential projects and current projects when capital will be required, cash flow bottlenecks or when there is a transaction event to update and provide cash management analysis. User Interface providing a portfolio level view with project mapping functionality with API integration to a project management software tied to our accounting system and Title company. The goal is to identify development sites using third party service providers, tie in multiple data providers, project manager software, accounting and investor portal to seamlessly operate a national business with 2-3 strategic leaders with no friction points with automated workflows throughout. Once the property is under contract, it will be seamlessly added to our online marketplace on our website as well as other to other marketing websites (or sent to our VA team to manually input into 3rd party marketing websites (e.g. Loopnet, Crexi, Land.com etc) with data captured and added into a new CRM service to generate marketing leads and auto-generated emails o potential investors in our CRM, who will be directed to the marketplace where a NDA is signed and an executive summary as well as due diligence materials will be provided in PDF format ( a data vault system), investors can make an offer on the website or upload an offer (LOI word doc). AI Virtual assistant chat bot to help answer questions in the review and transaction process, while having a VA team for advanced requests. Marketing campaigns will be automated to investors. Marketplace to capture investor data and add to the CRM for future offerings and marketing. A transaction Deposit system connecting to our title company account banking system. Automated responses and tracking the transaction from beginning to end tied to our accounting software and UI. Investor UI to track offers, deals in contract and to closings. The entire system will be connected to various third party systems with Machine Learning identifying efficiencies, flagging increased project costs and properties on the marketplace that may be sitting on the market longer than expected. Enterprise UI will be created and also pulled from third party project manager UI (graphs etc). Database repository for each project will be housed on the 3rd party project management software. Enterprise system will have certain points requiring sign off from 1 to 2 senior leaders as well as the in-house controller (Accountant). MVP's to be met in a timely manner and system will be tested by a third party at the end of the sprints. I expect a team of a project manager/ business analyst, UI developer, back end developer (bot, ML/ AI expertise)
