Beginner's GPT-4 & AI Techniques Tutorials

I'm seeking a knowledgeable individual who can teach beginner-level tutorials focusing on GPT-4 training and the implementation of AI techniques.
Since I did not specify any programming languages or frameworks, an understanding of several widely used languages would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate would be proficient in teaching complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. We are looking create a knowledge base within our business that will help us embrace AI moving forwards and enable us to create GPT’s, mainly to extrapolate / merge / compare / reformat data from excel files.
We would like to train 3 staff members with the knowledge of how to ultimately create GPT’s to take multiple workbooks of data, extract the relevant information, using GPT to identify and present the specific required information, then maybe reworking that data into a format ready to upload back into our system.
