I need a skilled AI developer to create a system that monitors customer service duration and employee productivity within my barber shop. The AI will be tasked with:
• Analysing video footage: Using recorded video, the AI will track the duration of each service, ensuring employee productivity is measurable down to the second.
• Collecting data from our POS system: This POS data will help paint a comprehensive picture of employee productivity. Particularly, the AI will extract and analyze metrics related to sales performance, number of customers served, and individual service time for each customer.
The ideal candidate would have experience in AI technology, data analysis, and POS systems. Knowledge of the service industry, particularly barber shops, would be advantageous.
