Automatic data fetch from pdf

No python based solution
We want to have automation solution for data entry work of insurance policy pdfs.
We want to have an automated AI/machine learning tool wherein data entry from policy pdf is automatically done in excel (for example customer name, mob, mail id, premium paid, date of expiry, broker/ agent name etc) and reminders of all policies, commission receivable payable etc is automatically sent.
Data required from each policy will mostly be the same ( as mentioned above) but each company will have it's own pdf format for different type of polices.
Some may have name like customer some may have name like client, policyholder etc etc. Some times data can be on 1st page sometimes it can be on 2nd page depending upon details. Sometimes it can be on left side of a page sometimes on right side of a page.
Solution required should be such that
1) Different companies will have different pdf format. Irrespective of pdf formats it should be able to fetch data from it.
2) As mentioned data can be sometimes on left, right or any side and even on 1st page or 2nd page.
3) we will mail or whatsapp all the pdf formats together and it should be able to fetch data from the polices.
5) No python, no coding. We want through AI, machine learning only. Where system itself automatically learns the type of format we are giving and process data automatically. If we show any mistake then system should automatically remember it so that next time it doesn't repeat same error
6) Tool should be smart enough to fetch data from required places once shown.
7) after sales support is a must
