About the Role:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with AI expertise to support our client a leading expert in wellness space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital content, automating social media engagement, optimizing SEO for blog articles, and assisting in the creation of online courses and digital products.
This role requires strong AI tool experience, content marketing skills, and the ability to engage an online audience across multiple platforms. You will leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Search Atlas AI, Canva, and video editing platforms to maximize content reach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Create and schedule daily content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Medium, Substack, and Reddit. Engage with followers and manage responses.
Content Repurposing & Automation: Convert poetry, blogs, and academic articles into engaging social media posts, SEO-friendly blogs, and email newsletters.
SEO Optimization & Blog Writing: Use AI-powered SEO tools (e.g., Search Atlas AI) to optimize articles and boost Google rankings.
Online Course Development: Assist in structuring and launching courses on FreshLearn or similar platforms.
AI-Powered Video & Audio Creation: Work with AI video generation tools to modernize educational content, including interactive courses.
Community Engagement & Growth: Build an engaged online audience, respond to inquiries, and assist with brand expansion strategies. Engage with communities in Reddit, Youtube, Nosta, etc on the comment section of relevant polpular posts/videos to direct some users to our clients social media page. Grow the clients online following.
Content Scheduling & Analytics: Use AI automation tools to schedule posts, analyze engagement metrics, and refine content strategy.
Digital course creation: Create and publish digital courses on Fresh learn or similar platforms, by leveraging existing content
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, Content Creator
Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Search Atlas AI, HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar automation tools
Strong writing skills for blog articles, captions, and engagement posts
Good spoken English communication skills.
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing best practices
Experience with online course platforms (e.g., FreshLearn, Teachable, Kajabi, etc.)
Familiarity with video editing and AI-generated content
Ability to work independently and manage content calendars effectively
Passion for wellness, wealth, biohacking, or digital entrepreneurship is a plus
