Personal Assistant with Research & Social Media Skills (LinkedIn + X)
About the Role:
I’m looking for a reliable and proactive personal assistant to support me in professional and digital tasks. You should be fluent in English, organized, and comfortable doing online research, preparing reports, and creating PowerPoint slides.
In addition, you’ll help me build and grow my digital presence, especially on LinkedIn and X (Twitter) — suggesting posts, growing my followers, engaging with key people, and exploring partnership or collaboration opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Research & Reporting
Conduct online research about companies, people, or topics (mainly business, AI, and technology).
Prepare short professional summaries, presentations, or data-based insights.
Support with information gathering for projects or meetings.
2. LinkedIn & X (Twitter) Activities
Help grow and manage my professional profiles.
Suggest or draft post ideas to increase engagement.
Identify key people or organizations to connect with.
Track engagement and recommend ways to improve visibility.
3. Communication & Organization
Draft and format professional emails and short documents.
Build clear PowerPoint slides and summaries.
Help organize and follow up on priorities or small projects.
Requirements:
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Strong online research and reporting skills.
Good understanding of LinkedIn (posting, networking, and engagement).
Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Google tools.
Creative, curious, and detail-oriented personality.
Comfortable working independently and following instructions clearly.
Nice to Have:
Experience managing LinkedIn pages or personal brands.
Interest in technology, AI, or business topics.
Basic Canva or simple design skills (for posts or slides).
Job Details:
Remote – flexible hours.
Part-time (around 20 hours/week).
