Artificial intelligence. Project and partnership

We are a small provider of mobile phone services as a mobile operator. We want to find a strategic partner in AI to grow our customerbase rapidly.
Two initial projects are on the plan:
One projekt is in development of AI based customer service for our telecom businesses. We have employees today, but want to grow without adding much more people. The AI should respond through chat, messaging, voice and social media.
We want to develop it as a product to offer to other customer service organizations.
An other project is to develop AI products assisting in marketing efficiency. Perhaps similar concept as to Google by driving advertisements to media. Finding ways to target audience, tagging responsive prospects for re-targeting in media and social platforms.
We need your recommendations for how to move forward.
We are looking to chose a long-term partner.
