Artificial Intelligence that created Fine Art

Seeking someone who can build an A.I that can understand an individual fine artist, learn his work, and his style. This A.I should then be able to create works similar but do not copy or infringe on the artist itself based on current events that are happening or by certain inputs. Based off these inputs the A.I should be able to create their own digital drawing or animation or gif type file that would attribute to what that artist would draw themselves if they were to draw it.
Additionally, there would need to be a section for the admin input to either place an article url for the A.I to analyze or create input words and sentences for the A.I to understand what should be created. We would want this A.I to consistently learn and create content on a consistent basis when there are no present articles or keywords.

This will take a deep understanding of not only data related to the artist but being able to have the A.I visualize the work and identify what the objects are in the drawing to understand and reference the meaning.thr A.I will also need to understand the meaning of these meaning. Once this is developed, we will be consistently retaining your services to rework this A.I with different mediums and artist so, this will become an ongoing project.
What is needed is a beta project that is 100% bug free. This product will be used more of a proof of concept and advance version will be built as as we move along
