Artificial Intelligence Specialist / Consultant (Czech Republic & Poland Focus)

We are launching an innovative AI-driven project focused on leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools and technologies. This initiative requires collaboration with experts who can contribute deep AI knowledge, practical consulting experience, or fresh academic insights. Candidates based in Czech Republic and Poland will be prioritized to align with project localization and market needs.
Key Responsibilities included:
1. Develop, implement, and optimize AI models and algorithms tailored to project goals.
2. Provide expert consultation on AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
3. Collaborate with project stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
4. Participate in research, testing, and deployment of AI applications.
5. Support knowledge transfer and training sessions for team members or clients.
6. Document AI workflows, results, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
Key Skills Required:
1. Expertise in Artificial Intelligence technologies, machine learning, or AI tools.
2. Experience as an AI consultant, researcher, student with relevant projects, or self-employed AI professional.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to AI applications.
4. Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is a plus.
5. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
Note: Candidates based in Czech Republic or Poland will be given priority.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Background in computer science, data science, AI, or related fields (formal education or equivalent experience).
2. Demonstrated experience with AI projects, either academic, freelance, or consulting.
3. Knowledge of local market and language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
