Apryse (PDF Editor) Expert

I am looking for an Apryse (PDF Editor System) expert who can help us with a project that requires the following specific features to begin with
- Allowing one to upload one or multiple files at once, with background processing (so that one does not need to watch the upload process for it to work)
- Machine Learn documents
- Allow the user to annotate items on the document
- OCR the document
- Convert to preferred document type (PDF/JPEG/SVG/etc.)
- Tag Items on Documents
- Create Template from Upload
- Allow for Split-Screen Viewing Capabilities
- Shared Documents / Collaboration
- Recognize documents that have already been introduced to the system
- Smart-annotations and allow for comments to PDF documents
- The editor should be able to work on both desktop and mobile platforms
- The project needs to be completed within 1-2 weeks with small deliverables along the way.

- Proficiency in editing text and images in PDF documents
- Experience in adding annotations and comments to PDF files
- Ability to develop a PDF editor that works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile platforms
