Agent based traffic simulatior with historic traffic data simulation.

I am looking for a freelancer to create an agent based traffic simulator with historic traffic data simulation. The purpose of this simulation is for research, so it needs to have a high level of detail and complexity. It must be a realistic simulation including driver behavior and vehicle types. the simulation should have a GUI dashboard to change certain parameters in runtime (example given below). I am open to suggestions in terms of the traffic data to be used; either I will provide the data or the freelancer needs to source it. This project should provide innovative insights into traffic patterns and conditions, and help identify trends for potential improvement.
