articulate storyline e-learning scorm - ppt conversion

I have 1186 slides in total in ppt format which are required to be converted into scorm based courses.

4 courses are to be developed

White Belt - which has 150+ slides
Yellow Belt - The same white belt slides + extra slides
Green Belt- same white + yellow belt slides + extra slides
Black Belt - same white + yellow + green slides + extra slides making total of 1186 slides

So you are essentially converting 1186 slides to scorm


1. Interaction is needed a bit
2. text to voice speech is required - speech included in the training notes on each slides
3. Quizzes are required after each topic which needs 80% passing or cannot go further
4. a bit of branding needed
