Oracle learning fusion LMS

Look for someone who is expert on oracle learning fusion(LMS) and creating scorm file.


I have a project and I must delivery this next week but I have a problem. The following is my issue:


I am using:

Oracle learning fusion LMS and created SCORM file with different configuration 1.2 and 2004 with different versions and different report.


1) I found that upon clicking on retake assessment with setting passed_failed I was to capture the failling result and status is completed but the issue is the when I refresh the page the course starts over from scene 1 instead to go to question scene. 


2) upon click on retake assessment with setting completed incomplete the course  and refresh the page, the course successfully remains to question scene but I am not able to capture the failing mark and status is InProgress.


Notes

I tried different settings in scrom and oracle learning fusion LMS but result is the same. 


I used the scrom in scorm cloud and it works fine without any issue.


I wonder if there is something is messing I have to do because oracle learning fusion is quit completed I hope you have idea.
