Looking For A Development Editor For My Book

I've written a book about a smart, but lazy business entrepreneur who is finding his way again after facing failure in his latest business ventures in India. I want a fresh pair of eyes to look over my work and give me ideas as to where I can strengthen or streamline areas in the first 10 chapters of my book.
I don't need the whole thing developed, just the beginning to catch the reader's attention and really set a solid start to my character's journey.
