Development of an online professional development module for health promotion practitioners
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
This project involves converting the "Action to Outcomes Blueprint" PowerPoint presentation into an interactive online professional development module for health promotion practitioners. The module should be engaging, structured for self-paced learning, and include interactive elements to reinforce learning.
This module will be offered as paid content.
Target Audience
• Health promotion practitioners (entry to mid-level experience)
• Professionals responsible for program planning, evaluation, and implementation
• Not-for-profit and government organisations in health promotion
Learning Objectives
By completing this module, learners will be able to:
1. Understand the concept of the Action to Outcomes Blueprint and how it differs from a traditional Theory of Change.
2. Identify the key components of the Blueprint, including outcomes and their alignment with goals, aims and objectives, contribution vs. attribution, the importance of identifying other factors that influence outcomes
3. Develop an Action to Outcomes Blueprint for a health promotion initiative.
4. Apply the Blueprint to real-world scenarios using interactive exercises and decision-based learning.
Instructional Design Considerations
• Self-paced: Designed for independent learning with clear, guided instructions.
• Visually engaging: Use of infographics, animations, and progressive content disclosure.
• Highly interactive: Real-world application through case studies, scenario branching, and decision-based exercises.
• Mobile-friendly: Ensure compatibility with both desktop and mobile devices.
• SCORM/xAPI Compliance: Required for LMS integration.
• Adaptive Learning Paths: Optional branching for different experience levels.
Also potentially include AI to provide feedback on tasks
I would like this to be developed in such a way that allows me to modify it.
