Create eLearning course

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to create an interactive eLearning course for my business. The course should be text-based with a few videos, and contain quizzes and assessments so that I can track learner progress. All content will be provided by me, and an example of some of the content is attached, this is derived from a presentation used in our classroom training session.
I expect you to collaborate with our subject matter expert so you can understand the content that we provide. The estimated duration of the course is 1-3 hours and I have a detailed curriculum which needs to be followed. I am looking for someone who has a background creating eLearning courses, and a high level of attention to detail in the creation of course content. The end product should be delivered in a timely manner, and include all of the necessary components to create an effective and professional eLearning course.
Product we need is a SCORM file to upload to a Moodle server.
