Authoring in Storyline

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to create a project using Articulate Storyline 360. I have a full storyboard, but do not have visual assets. My project includes branching and scoring, making this an assignment for a skillful author. Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 is required, preferably at an expert level.
