Articulate Storyline Developer -- 2

We need Articulate Storyline Developer for a very easy course, following is the description:
1. Total of 10 main slides, with 2-3 slides having 2 layers in it.
2. No Assets to be made, storyboard is in ppt and is designed by graphics designer with all assets in it, simply import the ppt in ASL.
3. VO file is given, add that in slide, add basic animation to on-screen elements.
4. Export as SCORM 1.2
Revert with sample, rates, and timelines.
We need someone on regular basis.
