Articulate Storyline Course Developer

We need someone to develop a course for us in Articulate Storyline. Following is the project brief:
1. We have fully designed storyboard in ppt, import the ppt in storyline and work over it, no designing needed.
2. We have recorded voice over, match the voice over with ppt, build in some animations to synch voice over with text of screen.
3. 2 slides have 2 layers in it, for a click activity
4. There's 1 hotspt based interactivity with 4 slides in it
That's all.
The work is on the deadline, due on Monday.
