SHE Plan setting out at a minimum:
SHE objectives and targets;
risk logs, assessments and mitigations addressing all SHE hazards;
SHE induction and training arrangements for all personnel, visitors and
Subcontractors;
duties and responsibilities of all personnel;
site specific audit procedures and internal inspections arrangements;
SHE accident/incident reporting and investigation procedures; and
(medical and first aid arrangements in case of emergencies
