Walmart has issued a "help wanted" advertisement for new truck drivers, and the corporation is willing to pay top dollar.
To "ensure Walmart remains one of the top organizations in the world to drive for," the big-box retailer announced wage raises for drivers.
"With these new investments, Walmart drivers may now earn up to $110,000 in their first year," the business stated in a statement. "And that's only the beginning – based on things like tenure and geography, drivers who have worked for Walmart for longer can earn much more."
According to CNN, the change will raise the starting compensation for first-year Walmart drivers from $88,000 to a range of $95,000-$110,000.
