virtual assistant needed

Hi,
I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me with managing social media accounts, increase followers, grow and increase engagement of my prospect clients, create posts=write content etc (IG, LinkedIn, FB)
Sometimes you might also be asked to write and send some e-mails/newsletter.
You will need to have experiences in:
1. Managing website and social media account.
2. Excellent data entry and research skill
3. Excellent MS office skill
4. Excellent English communication skill
5. Knowledge in photoshop, canva or similar
6. Storytelling approach to stimulate traffic and brand awareness
7. Knowledge of the basic seo and keywords.
8. Setting up and management of paid social media ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram
6. Preferably in European time zone
This is an ongoing position at least 10 hours a month to start with.
