Re-type texts from JPG files

I am looking for a freelancer who can re-type English texts from JPG files. The project requires re-typing more than 200 pages of text. The texts in the JPG files are legible and clear.
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in English language
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with OCR (optical character recognition) software would be a plus
