*** i had to learn english through school and teach my parents as i learned. I never encounter a challenge with my ethnicity. rather it was more prideful and beneficial because I spoke another language

How do your cultural experiences relate to specific topics and concepts discussed in the chapter and additional resources?
** coming from ambitious parents and the drive they had to create a better life motivates me because if they were able to do it as immigrants i know i can do more as an american learning all the opportunities I have and resources
4.How would you create a workplace training program that enhances sensitivity to and acceptance of cultural diversity? What would it look like? Be specific.
** Giving people a sense of diversity and culture where we can learn from one another
