6 page research paper on income inequality/ billionaires in the united states using published resources and an annotated bibliography for the quotes used in the paper (not included in the 6 pages needed). At the end it must tie back to watchmen by alan moore. I have the research proposal done so the paper must include the proposal in the beginning. There are no "rules" on how it must be formatted just need the annotated bibliography to be in MLA format.
