professionally edit/rephrase an article!

I've already written an article for the submission to a newspaper. However, the Newspaper is for native english speakers and I am not one. So I want someone who is a native english speaker and can write a professional newspaper styled article.
The article is of political science domain, so it would help if the speaker has any connection to the background!
