A professional author needed for children's book

JOJO is a technology-driven digital content platform for children's growth that amis to awaken interest and cultivate motivation in Chinese children aged 3-12 through professional and engaging English picture books.
We are currently seeking experienced and outstanding authors to help us create these books.

3. Authors Requirements:
a. Experience in children's picture books is preferred, with published or award-winning works being even better.
b. High efficiency is expected; each book will take three weeks to complete.
c. Creativity and imagination are key qualities; we encourage stories that are retold differently and funnily.
d. The books must be positive, educational, and fun.
4. Writing Requirements:
a. You are going to rewrite a traditional fairytale "The fox and the Tiger", including title, text and picture descriptions for each page. The picture book has 12 pages (covers not included).
b. Your readers are 4~6-year-old non-native kids, so we are expecting Lexile range between BR-150L, with no more than 10 words per page and 120 words in total.
c. The language used should be authentic, brief, and rhyming is encouraged.
d. The story can be modern, traditional, creative or more adventurous, all options are acceptable.
