outstanding universal value - Brief

I am asked to justify one of the locations in my country to be one of UNESCO heritage location site, and i am asked to showcase that the site has OUV ( outstanding universal value ) .. To do that i need to create a content along with the historical content I have to show that the site is under valued and has the potentioal to be nominated.

The language I need to use is advanced, the historical info will be translated to the writer and any photo and extra documents needed.
