We need a blog writer

We are a young company which provides marketing and IT services to clients all around the globe.
We'd like to work on our digital presence and need a blog writer who can help us write 1 blog entry every 1 or 2 weeks in an ongoing basis. We already have a list of topics we'd like to cover, and we need someone who's technical but at the same time knows how to address a non-technical audience, that is, neutralize IT jargon and technical words.
I'd like to see samples of relevant work done in the past.
