I need a bio revised

I have a long bio, but it is a few years old and i need updated to begin job searches.

i want it to pop and not feel like it's an older employee - vibrant and ready and skilled to make an impact immediately at next job...

this will accompany my resume for job searches and with current job at speaking events... i would like a long and short version
