I need a Professional Sports writer for a very popular website.

Thehockeyspotlight.com has been averaging nearly 30,000 page views/day for the past 3 months, and as an individual site owner I have been unable to fully keep up with the demand of my site.
The website is fully monetized with advertisements, private ad sponsorships and soon-to-be merchandise sales.
The plan is to expand into NBA, NFL and MLB coverage with live announcers in cities outside arena's to speak to players, fans and insiders.
My current profit intake for each article posted is around $20-60, with some lower end, short breaking news articles making a profit of $10-15 and some articles that gain 30k views bringing in well over $100.
