I am need of a Paralegal

I am an Appellant that needs assistance with an appeal case in Florida. This is to support reversal of a civil case verdict against my former attorney who omitted critical items in a previous case. In this case, I submitted a brief that the Appellee had responded to. However, it has been over a month and the court have not indicated the next step.
