I need an Article Writer for LinkedIn

I'm a Recruiter and am looking to start creating content to 1 - give me some SME credibility, and 2 - help market my services.
I work as part of a company - this would be for my own professional branding, but ideally somehow supports the work we do as a company (or at least doesn't clash with it/oppose it).
I have some ideas for articles - but don't have a sense of how to write for LI (or how to get traction (keywords, etc).
