- Help shape product strategy and vision, thinking long term and strategically
- Explore pain points and reduce decision threshold for users.

what you will do

- Write clear, concise, complelling content and microcopy
- Write fun and human ux microcopy
- Write and edit copy/microcopy for:
- user onboarding
- feature naming
- error messages
- FAQs
- customor education blogs/articles
- emails content
- User diagrams/gifs wherever required
