The requirement is at least an "English Grad" level editor. The manuscript is a 35-page marksmanship “Tutorial” predicated on my expertise of service in the Vietnam War with the Marine Corps and Los Angeles Police Department. I need to work with the Editor to complete the project at the Long Beach Library on Broadway or a choice of the editor. The manuscript is composed of pictorials and graphics with the narrative.
