bioassessments, treatment plans, and case notes inputed in my system

I am looking for someone to help me enter bioassessments, treatment plans, and case notes into my system. I am specifically needing mental health assessments inputted and already have a specific format for the treatment plans and case notes. I estimate this project to require entering more than 20 sets of the info. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in medical administration, particularly mental health. Successful applicants should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
