AI article summarization ( No ChatGPT)

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to do AI article summarization with abstractive summarization technique from PDF document and reach a summary length of 1000 words. I'm open to different summarization methods, but abstractive summarization will be the preferred option. The end output should be in a word document.
