add wikipedia page for Artist/Filmmaker

I am looking for someone to create a Wikipedia page for an artist I am passionate about. This project is for personal use and I do have some references and sources, although not all. I require the page to include basic details and an overview about the artist. I need to make sure that the Wikipedia page is posted on Wikipedia and does not get cancelled out or deleted.
