Writing rubric sheet for a teacher Check list

I am looking for a professional and experienced individual to help me create a teacher checklist/rubric sheet for my elementary school. This sheet will be used by me and three other colleagues in the school and: I have a pdf of the marking criteria which I would like points allocated to. The rubric sheet should cover grammar and spelling, organization and content, and style and tone. The successful applicant should be extremely knowledgeable of writing techniques and assessment criteria. They should understand how to create a rubric sheet in line with our specific requirements and be able to deliver the finished product to a high-quality standard, in an efficient manner.
