Writing Evergreen Content For Social Posts about the Basics of Mortgages
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
We are looking for someone that has excellent writing skills and intuitive thinking. The job would entail reviewing different Mortgage companies' websites and finding other online resources on your own to write short (1-3 sentences), evergreen content = (non-seasonal or current market conditions) custom pieces that will be used for social media posting, including images that can be used for the post that represent or reflect the topic. (Examples will be provided)
The Mortgage industry in the US is compliant-heavy about what we can write about, so guidelines will be provided to assist.
The best approach would be to use the site examples from FAQs, Blogs, Loan Types, Credit, etc. Then rewrite and reword them into several mini bite-size pieces of content. One Blog may give us 3-10 bite-size content posts.
We would like to have a total of 208 pieces for a year of posting (We post 4 times a week for clients) and are looking for a 2-3 week turnaround on this job.
Things to avoid:
• No Company names
• No HELOCs posts (Home equity lines of credit) They are not offered everywhere
• No Broker Vs. Bank posts (We have both types as clients and don't want to show favoritism)
• Referring to a different post or article
• Listing any type of Rates, % for a loan etc.
• No copyrighted images
