Writer wanted to complete a project

I need someone who can write an article by following instructions. Its a normal blogging job, but what's required for you to do is to follow the guidelines which are also normal if you're a writer. If you don't agree with the price of 4 usd per 1K words please don't bid. The instructions may seem a bit longer but they'll become familiar later after 2-3 articles.
