When users get registered to our site to become our members, or when they are using our site, they may have some questions or problems about the site structure or function etc. Hence we need to provide the relavant FAQ articles or help and support articles.
In order to be able to write the appropriate articles to explain numerous questions that a user may have about our website, you will need to be supper familiar with our website and its structure.
In most of the articles there need to be with screen grabs of our site pages and some annotations to help explain them.
