Writer/Content Creator for regular real estate newsletter - South Australia

I am looking for a freelancer with native English (Australian) copywriting capability to help write engaging articles - based on a brief from the team - but researched, relevant and inspiring. The topics range from current affairs, legislative changes as they pertain to the real estate industry, human interest stories, event write ups, new member introductions, latest strategic directions, sponsor & partner pieces among many others. You will receive direct phone or email input from the CEO, you will chase team members for relevant content, you may even interview stakeholders for their feedback. We are looking for a proactive, can-do, proven and engaging writer. This is for a peak industry body based in Adelaide Australia. Preference is for same time zone and where possible same geographic location - but not a must. Attitude and ability are the priority criteria - not necessarily location.
