Write an industry article on our company mandating COVID vaccination

I am the General Manager of our Australian based company. Recently we adopted a mandatory COVID vaccination policy with over 90% support rate from our staff and our trading partners.
I want someone external to the company to write an article (about 400 words) on the policy that can then be used in industry newsletters and magazines. While we could write it internally, I would rather it was written from an outside in view. Ideally this would suit a journalist / journalism student who would conduct some 2 minute interviews with our staff and our trading partners and then write something up that we could use.
