Write blogs/articles for Real Estate listing Website

I am looking for articles/blogs/content for my project on Real Estate. This is a website to list/post/buy/sell properties, currently focused on India.

I need at-least 5 unique articles to start with and going forward would be adding more as per public interest/demand on these articles.

Main focus of these articles is Real Estate, additionally should be on the 5 points as follows, "each of them should be exciting, engaging (conversational + fun to read) for anyone belongs to any corner of the world"

1. India
2. Metro Cities
3. Current Challenges
4. Why it is good to invest now in Real Estate.
5. Any highly interesting topic of your choice based on your experience.

All of the above articles can be changed/modified if you have some other exciting idea which can be appreciated by majority of readers in current scenarios.

Help me with your estimates and delivery for the same.
Also I am expecting you to show me some of your examples.

Length of the articles should be at-least 1500 words (but articles should not look incomplete)
