Write a blog on "beginners guide on IT series"

I am looking for a candidate who has experience in writing blog tech. I want to produce series of articles that can help people who want to start an IT career. Those can candidate doesn't have any IT background at all. So they should be able to follow the blog to start career.

The writer should be able to come up with their own unique topic and ideas.
