It's on boomerang employees. That is, people who have left their jobs for various reasons, e.g. better pay and conditions, more learning opportunities, better chance or advancement. They then later return to their previous employer and often negotiate a better deal. There are pros and cons for each on both sides. I look forward to hearing from you. BTW, this follows on from the great resignation, where a lot of people left their jobs and many of them have now become boomerang employees.
