Write an Article on Home Loans

I need someone to write an article (1,000 words) on the following topic - 'Compare non recourse loans with recourse loans for buying a home'. The perspective should be the home buyer's. Style can be academic or a more persuasive journalistic style and supported by any data from references. An important aspect will be the references.
